ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO CONSIDER

SHINPADS
Ensure your safety on the pitch by wearing shin pads. They’re a must-have for all sessions.

Hydration
Don’t forget to bring your own water bottle. Staying hydrated is the key to performing your best.

Sunscreen
It’s super important to be sun safe, so make sure you’ve applied sunscreen before you go out onto the pitch.

Watches and Jewellery
For everyone’s safety, watches and jewellery are not allowed to be worn. If you have earrings that can’t be removed, please tape them up.

Extras
Consider bringing a change of clothes, a towel, and any personal medical requirements you might need.

Lunch
(school holiday camps)
You’re going to be moving around all day, so it’s key to fuel up. Players are required to bring their own lunches for all School Holiday Camps.
